Customer Support Specialist
Air Star Transportation is Growing Fast and we are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialists to join our team in our Call Center Team Members ON-SITE at our West Mifflin, Pa headquarters. The Customer Support Specialist acts as friendly liaison between our company and our current clients. The right candidate will be flexible, dependable, positive, and hard-working. We are looking for entry level and experienced candidates who will GROW with us as we expand in 2025 and beyond!
Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Utilize technology, software, and tools appropriately
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Able to weekends and holidays, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements (Knowledge and Skills):
Knowledge:
- A high school diploma
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferred but not necessary
- Strong sense of customer focus and being able to adapt to different personality types
Skills:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Strong active listening skills
- A polite, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor
Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour
