Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives across all Stratus companies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance by analyzing variances and trends, identifying areas of risk and opportunity.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations for process improvements, cost management, and efficiency optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a multi-entity organization.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate, actionable insights.
