POSITION TITLE: Regional Sales
LOCATION: Remote
Regional Sales will drive the inside sale of parts and service for the Regional Jet Programs. Worthington Aviation, LLC. is a disciplined company that has the highest level of professional ethics. Work directly with Supporting Departments to coordinate the entire sales process. Essential job functions include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates activities with the Regional Jet Sales Team.
- Promotes all capabilities of the Stratus Aero Partners Business units to build additional growth opportunities.
- Comfortable with owning processes and being accountable for performance.
- Executes plans to increase customer base and generate sales within all Regional Jet platforms.
- Manages customer accounts on a continuous basis and coordinate customer support activities.
- Responds to customer requests for quotations and process customer orders in an expeditious manner.
- Enter all quotes within ERP system.
- Follow-up on quotes not converted to sales.
- Maintain sales order due dates.
- Research the Regional Jet market for price competitiveness and upload information within ERP system.
- Monitor market trends for high value assets and teardown opportunities.
- Identify acquisition and new business opportunities ie: lot sales.
- Monitor customer sourcing practices and fleet requirements.
- Ensure quality and paperwork requirements are met for commercial customers.
- Perform activities related to the achievement of sales targets including completing sales reports and forecasting.
- Assist with sourcing and expediting sales.
- Coordinate with repairs team to expedite sales as needed.
- Monitor fleet changes and seek out opportunities.
- Represent company at select industry conferences.
- Conduct customer visits quarterly.
- Assist accounting in customer collections as needed.
- Participate in AOG duty.
- Additional duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with previous inside sales and/or customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Minimum of 2-years previous aviation experience
- This individual should be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency, be personable, and well organized.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% for work-related activities.
