Our organization is seeking a Team Leader to learn, perform and eventually lead our Technians and reception staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in organizational leadership, experience and ability to learn quickly. The successful candidate should be passionate about customer service and have a desire to help our company grow through the use of their leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Help achieve company goals and expectations.
- Be a role model for employees in developing and applying skills that will help them use their talents in their work.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong inventory management and control experience
- Proficient in retail sales and customer service
- Experience with POS systems and cash register operations
- Knowledge of purchasing and stocking procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong negotiation and employee orientation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, bilingual or multilingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
