Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Receiving of RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations).
- Review case log issues within computer system; navigate to research RMA history.
- Disinfection of products which require proper OSHA precautions.
- Mechanical evaluation of returned RMA’s.
- Visual inspection of reported issues.
- Ability to diagnose and repair units which are returned.
- Ability to use various assembly tools and test equipment and diagnostic programs.
- Able to lift 30 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift a plus.
- Basic computer operations skills.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Problem solver
- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management skills
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 2 years troubleshooting commercial or industrial products
- 3 years’ experience working with and repairing dental or medical equipment preferred
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or related experience
