We are a full-service mechanical contracting firm that specializes HVAC, building management systems (BMS), energy efficiency and advanced energy solutions for commercial buildings and industrial buildings, we design, implement, and evaluate programs that help our clients achieve their energy efficiency goals. We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Preventive Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (primarily package units)
- Works on outside equipment, in a safe manner, may include in the rain
- Read, interprets and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
- Document deficiencies and communicate necessary repairs to the PM lead
- Keep daily logs and record of all maintenance functions
- Other duties as needed including special projects, as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have CT S2 or D2 License
- EPA Certification Card type 1, 2, and 3
- Valid CT Driver's License
- Minimum OSHA 10 Certificate – must be maintained throughout employment
- Proven experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in cold and hot conditions
