Air Temp Mechanical Services, Inc. is Connecticut’s largest independent HVAC contractor. We are a full service mechanical contracting firm that specializes HVAC, building management systems (BMS), energy efficiency and advanced energy solutions for commercial buildings and industrial buildings, we design, implement, and evaluate programs that help our clients achieve their energy efficiency goals. We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Foreman to join our rapidly expanding team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Take charge of overseeing various Plumbing projects & provide regular updates to the project manager regarding status & development
- Manage daily tasks that include creating & maintaining schedules, tracking project progress & identifying any specific needs that arise
- Coordinate the scheduling & requirements of subcontractors to ensure their timely delivery & alignment with project goals
- Manage the procurement of materials, ensuring they are available when needed & oversee labor allocation to maintain efficiency & productivity throughout project lifecycle
- Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Coordinate with other trades on site
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- CT P1 or P2
- Valid CT Driver's License
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certificate
- Must be able to lift 50 pound, climb ladders, work in cold & hot conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills and means and methods
- Willingness to adapt to new process
