Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to oversee customer communication, ensure a smooth service experience, and manage key administrative tasks. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring every customer feels supported before, during, and after their service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication:
- Call customers after booking to introduce yourself as their point of contact.
- Answer any pre-service questions and set expectations.
- Follow up after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Mailer Packet Management:
- Prepare and send out daily mailer packets to customers, ensuring all necessary materials are included.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking sent packets.
- Administrative Support:
- Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Process and pull permits for HVAC installations and other services.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Experience in HVAC, home services, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
