Packer II
Job Description
- Shrink, pack, and carton plastic injection molded product from machines. Ability to learn this job for up to 35 different processes.
- Read and follow the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each assigned machine.
- Label all required product on the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Inspect and monitor the quality of parts, assemblies, and finished goods.
- Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance or management.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business journals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to calculate figures and quantities such as ratios, percentages, areas, circles, and volumes. Ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions of real-world situations.
Thinking Skills : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of real-world variables in situations where only minimal design is available. Ability to interpret various instructions given in written, oral, graphic, or schedule form.
