Job description
We are a close knit HVAC / R company that is looking for someone to help us with:
1. dispatching HVAC/R technicians across Western Canada and Phoenix
Your main duties will be working with the other dispatcher to:
1. Keep the techs organized and working profitably
2. Know where each tech is and their progress on the jobs
3. Interact and scheduling jobs with customers & our office
Experience & skills required:
1. Strong dispatch skills
2. Organized
3. Responsible
4. A sense of "ownership"
5. Accounting experience or knowledge would be an asset
6. Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
7. A good memory
8. An overall knowledge of HVAC / R systems is a huge asset as well.
The candidate will be working with the main dispatcher to ensure the jobs and service calls run smoothly.
Compensation:
