**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
**Duties:**
- Install, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
- Conduct field service visits to assess and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Utilize a van to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Collaborate with plumbers and other technicians as needed to ensure proper installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Design and implement HVAC system upgrades and renovations.
- Repair and replace HVAC system components, including compressors, coils, and fans.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry is required.
- Field service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC system design is highly valued.
