Member, you would ensure that every child’s Air Zoo birthday is a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Status: Non-Exempt; Part Time
General Responsibilities
- Welcome birthday party guests and introduce the Air Zoo.
- Maintain party schedule, guiding guests from one activity to the next.
- Serving pizza and cupcakes to party guests.
- Ensure that all guests are following Air Zoo safety guidelines.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of birthday party areas.
- Address any concerns or issues that arise during birthday parties.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to ensure a positive experience.
- Invest in the success of the Air Zoo by being fearlessly innovative and pitching new creative ideas and concepts.

- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children in a group setting is preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work primarily on Saturdays is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for learning about the Air Zoo and telling our story to a wide audience.

SCHEDULE: Part Time- Days, primarily weekends about 3-6 hours per week. 100% of the work time for this position is in-office at the Air Zoo in Portage, Michigan.
