SUMMARY : The Controls Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting Controls Engineer(s) with project duties and as a resource for addressing maintenance issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to :
- Assist in selection and procurement of electrical components including BOM generation and maintenance.
- Item Master generations and maintenance (MRP system).
- Controls system panel builds.
- Redlines and revisions of machine schematics.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging new equipment.
- Assist in execution of qualification plans.
- Assist Production with equipment installation including training on controls systems.
- Assist in the generation of machine manuals
- Where applicable, trouble shoot, repair and maintenance of existing equipment.
