What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
Create individualized treatment plans and BIPs
Supervise RBTs and provide regular feedback
Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration
Attend team meetings and maintain regular documentation
Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience with in-home ABA services a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Salary : $83,000 - $100,000
