Team Member (Cashier, Court Monitor, Party Host)

Job Summary
We are urgently seeking Team Members to join our Kalamazoo team. This position offers flexible evening and weekend hours and includes additional benefits like free Adventure Passes, discounts on food, and more!

Team Member positions start between $10.56-$12.48/hour, with frequent opportunities for wage advancements based on performance. Plus party host shifts can earn fab tips from happy parents! (and we host a TON of parties!)

We also offer advancement opportunities for awesome humans who are interested in climbing the ranks ~ Team Member > Team Lead > Assistant Manager > Manager!

SOME OF THE THINGS YOU'LL DO AS AN AIRBORNE TEAM MEMBER:

• Deliver a fun, memorable, and safe experience for all
• Greet and assist guests in our park
• Register guests and sell Adventure Passes and Memberships
• Monitor guest behavior on trampoline courts and other attractions
• Communicate and enforce Airborne Safety Rules
• Oversee birthday parties from beginning to end (an excellent opportunity to earn some awesome tips from happy parents!)
• Serve pizza, drinks, and other goodies at the Air Cafe
• Keep the park clean, tidy, and sanitized
• Uphold the Airborne Adventure Core Values

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability (flexibility with school and sports is available)
• Ability to communicate effectively and candidly
• Strive to deliver superior service to guests
• Ability to plan and act strategically
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team in a fast paced environment and is committed to the overall team objectives
• Willingness to learn and grow

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.56 - $12.48 per hour
