What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRO LEAD TECHNICIAN position at Airborne Maintenance and Engineer Serv?
The lead CRO technicians work directly with supervisors and technicians they lead. They mentor employees to encourage technician growth and compliance.
The purpose of the lead position is to help set priorities in the shop and assign tasks to ensure a good workflow of shop.
- Working billable customer jobs
- Provide training and mentorship to technicians
- Power BI and fielding customer service questions from customers
- Return to service shop items
Education
Required- High School or better
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- Aircraft maint duties
