What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Coach position at Airbourne Gymnastics Academy?
Airbourne Gymnastics Academy is currently adding to our growing coaching team, with positions available in our Preschool and Recreational Gymnastics programs. These are part-time positions (primarily evening and some Saturday morning hours), with the potential to become full-time for the right candidates.
Ideal applicants should be dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable team players, who are willing to teach gymnastics to children of various ages (18 months-16 years) and ability levels, as well as manage a group of students effectively. Applicants must be certified or willing to be certified in CPR/First Aid, in addition to becoming USAG Instructor and SafeSport Certified (certifications in any of the aforementioned programs will be provided by the company). Applicants must be able to physically assist and possibly demonstrate very basic skills to students.
A paid training/shadowing experience for approximately two weeks will be provided and regular training will be made available to further your knowledge. The starting pay for this position ranges from $13-$15/hour, dependent upon level of prior experience and expertise. Various opportunities are available for additional income, including camps, special events and birthday parties!
