Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.
Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.
Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :
* Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.
* Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Support aux Douanes H/F est a pourvoir au sein d' Airbus Americas Inc., a Herndon, Etats-Unis. Vous rejoindrez le departement Tax et Douanes d'Airbus Amerique du Nord.
Missions et responsabilites :
Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
Analyser les reglementations douanieres americaines et canadiennes et a un niveau international, s'assurer du respect des regles douanieres par le service Douanes.
Assister l'equipe Douanes dans l'analyse des legislations americaines et canadiennes afin d'identifier les consequences pour Airbus en rapport avec les politiques de restrictions commerciales mises en place en Europe et en Chine.
Aider a controler les procedures douanieres, participer a l'animation du reseau Douanes, creer des strategies dans le but de reduire les risques lies aux sujets douaniers et conseiller les autres fonctions d'Airbus (commercial, achat, transport et chaine logistique ...) en matiere douaniere.
Competences requises
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
Diplome(e) en Droit, Commerce International ou Logistique
Si possible, une premiere experience dans la gestion des procedures douanieres
Une bonne comprehension des enjeux en matiere aeronautique et plus specifiquement d'Airbus
Un interet marque pour l'analyse des textes juridiques afin de les synthetiser a destination d'une audience non specialiste
Une facilite a etablir des contacts afin de creer et ou entretenir un reseau
Une competence dans les outils informatiques type Google suite, en SAP ou dans les logiciels douane
Anglais niveau negociation, le francais est un plus.

A VIE for a Customs Support m/f has arisen within Airbus Americas INC., in Herndon, USA. You will join Airbus Tax & Customs department in North America.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
Analyzing Customs regulations from both US & Canada and at international level and ensures customs optimization.
Assist Customs team in the customs compliance in the perspective of the
legislations from USA & Canada, with the aim of preparing analysis in relation with the ongoing trade war and the impacts on the European Union & the UK.
Help to secure customs procedures, maintaining customs network, creating schemes in order to optimize the group & customs duty savings, mitigating risks related to customs matters, defending customs position and advising other business functions (commercial, procurement, transport & supply chain...) in respect of all customs implications.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
Degree in Law, Foreign Trade or Logistics/ Supply Chain
First experience or ability to manage customs processes and optimize customs duty savings
A good understanding of aeronautical challenges, and more specifically Airbus
You have good internal and external networking skills
Knowledge in specific customs issues (current & future international and local legislations, general knowledge) to create and support the most effective schemes to minimize customs duties & trade restrictions (or related taxes) payments
SAP skills would be a plus
Fluency in English is required; French would be a plus.
