Position Summary
Responsible for managing third party service providers for the site. Ensure coordination and reporting of facilities subcontracted maintenance contract(s) activities for soft service providers such as janitorial, space planning/ office moves, pest control, landscaping, transportation, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational day-to-day facility responsibilities for the site including subcontractor and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence of regulations and procedures for subcontractors/visitors to gain site access.
- Works to support the organization to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, manages, and processes facilities requests; follows through to resolve problems quickly.
- Schedules preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility and identifies safety risks for corrective action.
- May assist in environmental testing.
- Inspects and performs maintenance on "assigned" equipment and all buildings/facilities.
- Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
- Provides recommendations for repairs or purchase of equipment.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning meetings and the support of those plans.
- Responsible to communicate with Management and employees on projects and status updates.
- Maintain neat and clean working environment.
- Observe safety procedures and personnel policies.
- Inspect emergency and safety support equipment for serviceability. (eye wash stations, AEDs, Fire Suppression Systems (FSS), etc.
- Manage general, recyclable, and hazardous waste accumulation and disposal.
- Other duties as directed.

- Observe safety procedures and personnel policies.
- Regular attendance required as outlined in company policy.
- Must understand, read and write proficiently in the English language to support writing of procedures and other internal documents.
Qualifications:
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
- MS Office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
- Experience managing company facilities, equipment, and events in a production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
- Ability prioritize workload for efficiency in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to maintain/record basic records and warranties.
- Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
- Basic data entry or word processing skills required.
- Demonstrate high level of accuracy of work.
- Must be dependable with attendance and follow instructions and directions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Interact cordially and productively with coworkers, supervisors and managers.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors to resolve issues.
Eligibility:
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to see clearly, with or without corrective lenses.
- Must be able to hear clearly with or without hearing aid devices.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and reach overhead regularly.
- Must regularly be able to sit, squat, and bend.
- Must be able to climb ladders occasionally.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must understand and be able to wear Personal Safety Equipment per Company Policy and Procedures in certain work areas.

- Moderate communication skills required on a daily basis with internal and external parties.
