Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Communication Manager to join our Communications Department based in Kinston, NC
You will be responsible for site communications activities to include internal, external, and change management communications.
Meet the Team :
Our Communications team members provide effective communications to support a variety of Airbus programs through strategic internal, external, social media and crisis communications. Our team is fluent in all areas of digital communications, media and public relations. We leverage available channels and tools, as well as creating new ones. We partner with business units throughout Airbus to position the company as a brand of choice for external customers and employees alike. Join the Communications team and help tell the Airbus story.
Your Challenges :
Establish a Communications framework for site based on assessment of Communications requirements. 30%
Support key internal stakeholders, including local site leadership and regional Communications team, to develop and deploy corporate messaging to support Airbus production objectives and company culture. 20%
Manage employee events / milestones to promote a safe, positive and productive working environment, and document events with production of engaging audiovisual assets. 20%
Serve as primary site communications focal point and spokesperson for Airbus, local employees, media and community. 30%
Other duties as assigned.
