As the Head of Design , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and user experience of our products, driving our creative strategy, and elevating our design culture. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision and strategy across all design functions, including product design, user research, user experience, user interface, and more. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cohesive design solutions that drive business success. You will be responsible for guiding a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, and aligning design efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design Leadership : Set and communicate a clear design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and values. Inspire, mentor, and grow a world-class design team.
- User-Centric Design : Champion a user-first approach across all design disciplines (UX / UI, product design, branding), ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for customers.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to drive cohesive design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
- Design Process & Innovation : Establish and optimize design processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure efficiency, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. Encourage innovation and experimentation within the design team.
- Team Development : Recruit, develop, and retain top design talent. Foster a culture of feedback, growth, and collaboration within the team.
- Data-Driven Design : Leverage user research, data, and analytics to inform and iterate on design decisions, ensuring a balance between creativity and performance.
- Design Advocacy : Advocate for design excellence throughout the organization, communicating the value of design to non-design stakeholders and fostering a design-driven culture.
Qualifications :
200,000 - $260,000 a yearThis is not including equity and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
