About the role :
As a Senior Product Designer at Aircall, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Your expertise in UX / UI design and user research will help drive the overall vision and strategy of our product design efforts, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our users.
Your mission @Aircall :
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall’s strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
- Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
What you'll bring :
Salary : $120,000 - $185,000 a year (not including equity and other benefits). The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
