The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Account Manager oversees and manages air quality projects, ensuring that all work related to air duct cleaning and indoor air quality improvement is executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the projects, from initial assessments to final inspections, while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plans, coordinates, and manages indoor air quality projects, including air duct cleaning and related services.
- Conducts initial site assessments to determine the scope of work and develops project plans.
- Creates project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company standards.
- Supervises and leads a team of technicians, providing guidance and ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
- Coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Monitors project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including reports, logs, and records of materials and labor.
- Conducts final inspections and ensures all project deliverables are met before project completion.
- Provides regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000 - $175,000 (Salary & Commission)

Experience:
- 5 years managing HVAC/IAQ accounts & projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the indoor air quality or HVAC industry required.
- Strong knowledge of indoor air quality principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
