We are a leading global aircraft leasing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our dynamic Technical team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our fleet of over 280 aircraft, ensuring their marketability and technical excellence throughout their lifecycle.

- Technical Guardian: Oversee all technical aspects of Aircastle’s owned, managed, and debt-financed aircraft, ensuring their airworthiness and compliance with industry regulations.
- Transaction Navigator: Lead technical negotiations for aircraft acquisitions, leases, and sales, securing optimal terms and minimizing downtime and transfer costs.
- Project Maestro: Expertly manage all technical projects, including aircraft transitions, redeliveries, and re-leases, adhering to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Asset Value Champion: Proactively monitor and manage the technical condition of our fleet, conduct rigorous due diligence, approve maintenance work, and optimize maintenance reserve claims.
- Industry Expert: Represent Aircastle at industry events and OEM conferences, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging opportunities to benefit our fleet and business.
Do you Possess the Flight Plan for Success?
- Aviation Authority: Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with an Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent EASA rating.
- Seasoned Professional: 5-10 years of relevant technical experience in the aviation industry, with a strong preference for aircraft leasing background.
- Technical Ace: In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, EASA/FAA regulations, and OEM data systems (e.g., MyBoeingFleet, AirbusWorld).
- Negotiation & Project Management Prowess: Proven ability to negotiate favorable technical terms, manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Dynamic Communicator & Leader: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
