Prepare for Takeoff in These Key Areas:
- Transaction Support: Manage the flow of transaction/closing documents, ensuring proper execution, circulation, and fulfillment of conditions precedent. Handle certification, notarization, and legalization of documents as required.
- KYC and Compliance: Conduct KYC procedures for stakeholders. Manage annual return filings for all entities, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
- Entity Management: Maintain corporate records and minute books. Manage the entity database and oversee the creation, liquidation, and termination of entities as needed.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare quarterly minutes summaries for auditors. Manage Legal Department invoices and collaborate on anti-fraud initiatives. Provide general administrative support and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

- Educational Foundation: Associate or bachelor’s Degree required.
- Notarial Expertise: Connecticut Notary Public certification highly preferred.
