Summary / Objective : Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize design efficiency and profitability. Manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. Working closely with the Install Manager and Sales team to ensure that all jobs are created ahead of time and are ready for packaging. Managing the estimating team to ensure that all projects are bid in a timely manner and are as accurate as possible.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full time position. General business hours are Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p with some weeknights, weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Proven track record in Manual’s J, D & S with 2 years supervisory experience.
Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.
Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Working knowledge of Auto Cad and Wrightsoft.
Essential Duties
- Set expectations for each team member and hold the accountable to their metrics.
- Ensure jobs are created in Service Titan at least two weeks ahead of time.
- Conduct training to ensure on-time, high quality designs and estimates.
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings and 1 : 1’s.
- Working well with other Managers to ensure smooth working conditions.
- Analyze and control job expenses to meet budget.
- Coordinate with Field Supervisors on issues that arise from drawings and ensuring a speedy change process.
Competencies :
Supervisory Responsibility : This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
Work Environment : This job regularly operates in a professional office environment with controlled temperatures and normal sound levels. However, this position may include working in an environment that consists of extreme variations due to conditions, including but not limited to : heat, cold, wet, wind, sunlight, absence of light, insects, animals, mammals, reptiles and other conditions deemed by worksite.
Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The physical demands amy also include reaching, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, crawling, squatting. Holding, carrying objects and lifting – including heavy objects such as equipment up to 200 pounds. Use of tools and equipment such as hand tools and ladders including extension ladders.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
