What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Manager position at AirCo Air Conditioning?
Summary / Objective : Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize design efficiency and profitability. Manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time. Working closely with the Install Manager and Sales team to ensure that all jobs are created ahead of time and are ready for packaging. Managing the estimating team to ensure that all projects are bid in a timely manner and are as accurate as possible.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full time position. General business hours are Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with some weeknights, weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Proven track record in Manual's J, D & S with 2 years supervisory experience.
- Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Supervisory Responsibility : This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
