Airco is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our growing HVAC/ Plumbing residential replacement and service division. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our residential HVAC/ Plumbing operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and driving business growth, and an ability to spearhead process/ system adoption by team members.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Take ownership of growth of our residential division (implement processes/ systems)
· Architect our residential customer sales process (generating & tracking leads to service delivery)
· Lead and supervise residential division managers, foreman, and employees
· Foster a productive work environment by promoting teamwork, development, and engagement
· Oversee employee scheduling, dispatching, and customer service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality (remedy any shortfalls)
· Manage activities related to vendor/ supplier relationship management
· Collaborate directly with Airco’s leadership and executive team
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
· Identify and communicate any concerns related to Airco’s competitive position
Qualifications
· Minimum 3-5 years of sales-related experience (sales to residential customers a plus)
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role (HVAC or Plumbing experience a plus)
· Proven ability to develop and implement successful business and growth strategies
· Proven ability to build effective processes/ systems from scratch and be innovative (Prior CRM implementation experience is a plus)
· Experience setting and managing KPIs to drive strategic decision making
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Must be extremely reliable
· Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
· Orientation towards customer service, professionalism, and teamwork
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, have a clean criminal record, able to pass a drug test, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
