Airco Service Company is seeking an Office and Finance Manager who will be responsible for a wide range of office management and administrative support tasks that are critical to the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee cash management and banking processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, check issuance, cash balance monitoring, ACHs)
- Oversee bookkeeping in Airco’s accounting platform (invoicing/ billing, revenue/ expense entries, project cost tracking)
- Oversee employee payroll, onboarding, policy, handbook, and benefits matters (including prevailing wage reporting and quarterly filings with our accountants)
- Manage ~3-5 administrative/ office team members who will assist in some of the above activities
- Renew annual and administrative contracts (benefits, insurance, accounting, internet, phone, etc.)
- Work closely with Airco’s leadership team to ensure smooth operations and on strategic priorities
- Assist in project coordination and tracking progress
- Become acquainted with customer and supplier preferences
- Other miscellaneous projects/ tasks as required
Qualifications
- Must be extremely reliable (strong record of attendance)
- 3 years experience working in Sage, Quickbooks, or a similar small-medium sized business accounting software, plus generating reports (P&Ls, balance sheets, AR aging, AP aging)
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- HVAC, Plumbing, or other trade administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Orientation towards customer service and professionalism
- Must be flexible, have a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, have a clean criminal record, able to pass a drug test, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
