What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Airco Service?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Reach out to potential customers to follow up on leads.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Go through all service estimates for Airco Oklahoma business units and follow up on estimates given. Once sold, schedule projects and coordinate with appropriate sales manager depending on business unit.
- Manage Hatch for all service lead follow ups.
- Go through residential sales estimates and follow up to try and bring back to the table post 60 days estimate ran (this time frame can move up deemed by manager)
- Handle ballpark emails.
- Going over questions and concerns about invoices and estimates sent to customers.
- Manage Kohler lead portal and schedule generator jobs.
- Manage Briggs & Stratton portal and schedule generator leads.
- Manage marketing thank you card campaign for all Airco installs.
- Residential sales dispatch help when needed.
- Residential retail call support when needed.
- Finance support/backup.
- Help support yelp program.
- Airco misc. tasks deemed important.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
