Part Time. Temp to Hire.
Schedule is Thursday/Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am to 3pm.
This position is at various retail store locations.
Job Summary:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Identify potential leads for the sales team.
- Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening.
- Generate leads by initiating conversations and capturing customer information.
- Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving lead generation targets.
- Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of the entire shift.
