We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon-to-be-opened Upper East Side 2024 and Toronto 2025 facilities.We are even prouder of the caring, inclusive, and familiar work environment we have created for all our employees.The Role : As a PR & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the PR Strategy in Chicago to boost brand awareness & positioning in the region. You will also manage the B2B strategy for AIRE at the local level to increase sales in this segment : Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.Key Responsibilities : Branding & CommunicationRaise awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian).Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships / sponsorships.Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the location.Communicate effectively for AIRE Chicago.Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to ensure content is aligned with local needs.Global & Local AlignmentCollaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns in the locations.Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and / or event bookings; manage all sales for group & event initiatives.Ensure efficient and timely reporting to HQ.Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns.Operations & Client ExperienceManage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits. Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests.Oversee the onsite client experience journey.Monitor customer feedback by reporting critical feedback received from customer surveys and local online platforms (TripAdvisor) to the PR & Marketing Coordinator.B2B RelationshipsBuild a B2B strategy for AIRE at the local level to increase sales in this segment : Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B accounts.Manage existing B2B accounts.Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.Sales Administration & KPIsManage the sales funnel contacts and report a monthly update about the progress to HQ and Local Management.Who You Are : Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or another relevant Marketing field.4 years of PR and Marketing experience preferred but not essential, including PR relations, media relations, consumer, or hospitality brand experience preferred.Experience working within a dynamic environment is essential.A high degree of personal initiative, innovative thinking, influencing & collaboration skills are essential.Excellent communication and planning skills.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows and ensure that deliverables are understood and achieved.Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and willing to be hands-on.Analytical thinking.Ability to work additional hours as required for specific projects, events, or initiatives.Why You Should Join Us : Pay : $80,000 - $85,000.United Healthcare Insurance - medical (major), dental, and vision.PTO (10 days).Sick days (5).Growth opportunities.Life insurance.401K savings plan.Commuter Benefits Program.Complimentary Bath Experience (once a month).Employee Bath Experience discounts (including friends / family).Employee Perks Program (TicketsAtWork).Employee Referral Bonus Program.Employee discounts for Blink Fitness Gyms.Team spirit is our greatest asset!
