Summary
The Media Director is responsible for developing and managing visual and digital content that supports Aire-Master’s business units, franchisees, and brand consistency. This role includes graphic design, product photography, video production, web content management, and franchise marketing support, ensuring all creative materials align with corporate messaging and goals.

Branding & Visual Content
- Develops graphic design, layout, and visual assets for print, digital, packaging, and advertising materials.
- Maintains brand consistency across all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Produces product feature images and promotional visuals for marketing and sales materials.
Product Photography & Video Production
- Captures and edits high-quality product photography for use in digital and print marketing.
- Shoots and edits video content for messaging, training, franchise support, and social media.
- Works with leadership to develop video-based messaging strategies for branding and sales.
Web & Digital Content Management
- Manages and updates WordPress website content, including light HTML modifications when necessary.
- Develops landing pages, lead forms, and digital assets to support marketing and franchise communications.
- Ensures a consistent and professional digital presence across company platforms.
Franchise & Internal Support
- Creates marketing and visual content for franchisees, including branded templates and promotional assets.
- Provides guidance on how to use marketing materials effectively to maintain brand consistency.
- Supports sales reps by producing sales materials and product visuals that enhance customer presentations.
Project & Asset Management
- Coordinates design, photography, and video projects from concept to completion.
- Organizes and maintains digital assets and content libraries for internal and franchise use.
- Works with vendors for printing, packaging, and promotional materials when needed.
Technology & Process Improvement
- Stays current on design, photography, and video trends, applying best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilizes digital tools, design software, and basic automation systems to streamline content creation and delivery.
Qualifications

- Experience developing franchise or sales support materials is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving in visual content and messaging.
