Key Responsibilities:
- Direct management of engineering teams across Spartanburg, New York City, and China, ensuring high-performance standards and collaboration.
- Design and refine engineering systems and processes to optimize production efficiency and product delivery.
- Oversee operations at the leased facility in Spartanburg, with production commencing this summer and a new plant projected to open in 2026.
- Manage a team of 15-20 engineers, focusing on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones, providing updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the engineering department.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to ensure alignment with operational and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles such as Director of Engineering or Vice President of Engineering.
- Strong background in product development and manufacturing processes within the HVAC or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience with international production oversight.
- A background in engineering management and strategic planning.
