Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Ready and willing to learn
- Personable and effective communicator
- Professional appearance
- Learn and follow the Aire Serv systems for installation
- Craftmanship in your work and a desire for installation excellence (please be prepared with work pics)
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving
- Clean criminal record with NO FELONIES
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
No experience is necessary, but prior HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Experience is a Plus

Hiring Process: Typically 1-2 week process
- Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
- Upon successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview
- All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessment
- FIT Interview(s) with team members (to determine how you fit into our culture)
- Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
