What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician position at Aire Serv of South Hillsborough County?

We are currently looking for the right individual to work with our commercial services. Applicant will be working on commercial HVAC, refrigeration & Ice Machines. A knowledge of BES/EMS is a plus.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Efficiently diagnose & Repair Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration systems
- Advise customer of recommended repairs and options for work needed
- Communicate with the Service Manager and coordinate completion of scheduled service calls
- Maintain a neat & orderly Service truck
- Completion of service tickets on IPAD
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Completion of HVAC & Refrigeration trade school a PLUS
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- EPA Certified
- Clean Driving record
- Detail-oriented
- Positive Attitude
- On Call rotation
- Team player who can work independently
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Typing skills a plus
