About the Role :
As an HVAC Installation Assistant and Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients enjoy optimal indoor comfort.
You'll install and maintain HVAC systems, perform duct cleaning services, and identify opportunities to expand our service offerings.
What You'll Do :
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
- Provide thorough duct cleaning services, including before and after documentation
- Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of materials
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
- Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services
What We're Looking For :
- Experience in residential HVAC and refrigeration
- CFC Certification
- Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
