What You'll Do:
As a Service Technician, you will be a key member of our team, taking on the following responsibilities:
- Expert Installations & Repairs: Perform precise installations and repairs of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Smart Resource Management: Utilize materials efficiently and maintain essential equipment stock.
- Customer Engagement: Collect payments, provide outstanding service, and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Vehicle & Equipment Care: Ensure all tools and vehicles are well-maintained for optimal performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports with accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professionalism & Positivity: A great attitude and professional appearance are essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge: Proven experience with residential systems is required.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.
- CFC Certification: Certification is needed for the role.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Local or Relocating: We’re seeking candidates who are either already living in Sioux Falls or are looking to move to this vibrant city.
