As the Office/Administrative Manager, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on supporting daily office functions. You are responsible for handling daily office operations for the Service and Installation departments to include scheduling, customer service, and general administrative duties. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities:
- Two years of experience working in an office environment where there are specifically assigned tasks and opportunities to work on a team to achieve goals
- Strong communication skills allowing you to engage with the office and our clients
- Effective organizational skills
- One who works well as an individual, but also works well among a team, to serve the customer
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel software
- Advantageous experience characteristics
- Familiarity with the construction industry and process
- Logistical experience that may include inventory, scheduling or project set up
- Any type association with the HVAC industry is a plus
- Service Titan software experience
- Experience in customer service and dispatching duties
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing payroll through QuickBooks
- Accounts receivable for outstanding invoices
- Assigning daily work/calls to other team members
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
- Track Warranty parts and file for warranty credits
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years admin/office management experience
- HVAC experience a plus
- Service Titan or similar CRM experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Typing skills a plus

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
