What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you bring experience in the HVAC industry and have demonstrated strong communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers alike. You’re self-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
- Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining a well-stocked inventory
- Delivering top-tier duct cleaning service, including before and after photos, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Collecting payments or payment information for work performed
- Keeping company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
- Completing invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports
- Taking on additional duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Residential HVAC
- CFC Certification
- Valid State Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused personality
