We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and emails in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and resolving any issues they may have
