Job Description:
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the daily schedules of our HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. You’ll monitor real-time service status, adjust schedules as needed, and act as a liaison between technicians, customers, and office staff. This role is key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians
- Answer inbound calls
- Check in all equipment and packages delivered to warehouse
- Call customer to schedule installation of new equipment
- Take payments on installs and apply to jobs
Preferred Job Requirements for a Dispatcher:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Typing skills a plus
Pay:
- $15.00 to $20.00 and is based on your experience and knowledge as an Install Coordinator & Dispatcher.
