Job Role
As an HVAC Service Professional at Aire Serv, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems, and advising clients on system upgrades and improvements. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service to clients by listening to their concerns and addressing their needs.
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems and provide expert recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential HVAC
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
- Professional appearance and personality
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and knowledge.
