Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the company's Master License HVAC Technician Qualifier, ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Pull permits and manage the permitting process for HVAC projects.
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to develop and execute strategies for growth.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to HVAC team members.
- Assist in creating and implementing operational and safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC issues on a variety of residential and commercial systems.
- Represent the company in interactions with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
