Reporting to a program manager, your core responsibility will be to ensure the well-being of people through effective caregiving practices. Utilizing your skills, taught in new employee orientation, you will create a safe and nurturing environment. Your relevant life experiences will enhance the quality of life for those you serve, making a meaningful impact in their daily routines.

What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help individuals with daily tasks such as:
✔ Personal care

✔ Providing guidance and support for independent living
