Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
  • Managing customer service teams and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leading trade show activities and promoting Airflow Products Manufacturer's brand.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 5 years of technical sales experience.
  • Mechanical engineering aptitude required.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per month.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in reviewing RFQs, structuring and writing proposals, bids, and quotations.
  • Outside sales experience.
  • Team supervision experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in contractor/building products and selling to industrial accounts.
  • Technical product sales experience.
