- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Manage customer service teams and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead trade show activities and promote Airflow Products Manufacturer's brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (preferred).
- 5 years of technical sales experience.
- Mechanical engineering aptitude required.
- Ability to travel 3-4 days per month.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience in reviewing RFQs, structuring and writing proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Outside sales experience.
- Team supervision experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in contractor/building products and selling to industrial accounts.
- Technical product sales experience.
