Established Central Arkansas Air Flow Products Manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager to be responsible for all sales related activity. This position will be responsible for developing market strategies and evaluating market conditions, recommending policy and product changes to achieve sales growth.
110-120K Bonus and Commissions
This position will perform a wide range of activities from creating sales strategies to supervising customer service personnel and interacting with customers.
- Possess an understanding of market segments and the industry’s competitive landscape, with the ability to recognize trends and make informed decisions when crafting sales strategies.
- Develop and Implement Specific Sales Strategies including :
- Maintaining current sales with existing accounts
- Planning and executing for growth with existing accounts
- Planning and executing for acquisition of new accounts
- Recommending pricing structures
- Recommending product development / expansion / enhancement for increased product
competitiveness
