JobDescriptionSummary:

TheStrategicAccountsSalesSupportCoordinatorwillprovidesupporttothecommercialaccountmanagersandotherbusinessstakeholdersbyassistingwithgeneralinquiries,reportingneeds,issueresolution,andexecutingkeytasks.ThispersonisalsoresponsibleforallphasesoftheRFPprocessincludingcoordinatingactivitiestodeliverresponsesfornationalproposalsaswellasallactivitiestosupportdevelopment/prospectaccounts.TherolerequiresinterfacingwithkeycontactswithinAirgas,keycorporatecustomercontactsandsuppliers.

• Manageandrespondtoincomingrequestsfromcustomers(primarilyinternal,someexternal)

• Diagnoseanddetermineneedsbyaskingappropriatequestions

• Requestsmayincludebutarenotlimitedto:

• Reportgenerationandanalysis

• Coordinationofnewaccountset-up,changes,&/orcustomermasterinformationchanges

• Quote/bidrequests

• Coordinationofcustomercreditrevieworotherorder-to-cashprocessrequests

• Coordinateandmanageelementsofthebusinessproposalprocess(RFP)suchas:

• Assistinthedevelopmentandapproachtobidresponsesandbidpackages

• OverseefinalassemblyanddeliveryofRFPtocustomer

• PublishfilesaccordingtoSOP

• Coordinatedeliverablesbetweenstakeholdersforproposals,presentationsanddata/surveyanalysis

• Communicatewithkeystakeholders(internalandexternal),shareinformationasneeded,andprovidetimelyprogressreportsonoutstandingrequests

• PromoteadoptionofbestpracticeswithintheBusinessManagementTeamthatareinalignmentwithStrategicAccountprofitabilitygoals

• Identifyandcommunicateprocessimprovementareas

• Responsibleforaidinginownself-developmentbybeingavailableandreceptivetoalltrainingmadeavailablebythecompany

• Maintaindocumentationofanddevelopmentofprocesses

• Specialorotherdutiesasassigned

Required:

• 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience

• IntermediateMicrosoftOfficeorGoogleSuiteexperiencerequired,withanemphasisinExcelorGoogleSheets

• Priorexperiencemanipulatingdatasetsandanalyzingdatafrommultiplesources

Preferred:

• Bachelor'sdegreehighlypreferred

• Knowledgeofindustrial,medicalandspecialtygasses,weldingandsafetyproducts
