Business Growth and Sales:

• Drive business growth through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to identify new prospects and market trends.

Financial Management:

• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize profitability.

• Analyze financial data to make informed decisions that drive bottom-line results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.

• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results in a competitive market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Prior experience in the welding industry or sales is a plus.
